Bought the books a while back but wanted something more compact to read on the hour long boat trip to work, absolutely love this book series, most novels are just werewolves and/or vampires this adds so many more layers to the genre with ...... Well I'll leave that for you to explore! A must read, character building is excellent and each has their own unique quirks like real people

Re reading Anita Blake Series again after a longtime and well no more to be said than Hot Coffee peace and quiet and Hell Yeah!!! missed this

I've read and re-read this series and never tier from following along Anita Blake on her adventures. Laurell creates characters with great depth and complexity. Her stories are engaging and transport you into a whole different world. I started with the original paperbacks and continue to still collect them today. Would definitely recommend this series.
