About this ebook

'This self-help book is the equivalent of those British Military Fitness boot camps where the instructor screams at you to do squats in the pouring rain ... it's an approach that has won legions of fans ... it's appealingly direct advice.' The Times

This is not the usual self-help book. It's time to unf*ck yourself and unleash your greatness!

This is blunt force trauma to the way you think life has to be for you. Most importantly, it is designed to give you an authentic leg up - one that feels genuine and right for you, and can propel you to new levels of greatness.

It will teach you not to look to the outside world for answers, but inside yourself. You will learn how to take full responsibility of your life, the highs and the lows, and you'll actually feel good about it - no, in fact, you'll feel f*cking great about it!

I enjoyed the book and have bookmarked a lot of pages. It's essentially just one big motivational speech though. It gives you a kick up the arse but for me, that's all it did, and maybe that's ok. If you're looking for tools to help yourself, you won't find many, apart from writing lists and thinking about your issues. But if you need a good talking to about cutting out your own BS and taking action for once in your life, then you'll like this.

I haven't read since I was a young teen. After getting out of a spurt of depression and finally getting to a more understanding place in my life , I decided to give this book a go, (after having a long hard look at all of the self-help books out there) I needed something to keep my positive momentum going. I am SO happy I chose to read this book. It kept me gripped from start to finish and it was just 'real'. I've recommended it to everyone! So if your hesitant, don't be! Give this book a read! You won't be disappointed :)

OK book. While nothing is wrong about the content, there's a lot of fluff and things that make sense and can be easily found online. if this is your first self-help book, go ahead. otherwise, these things might not be new to you.
