I may be young, but I've done a hell of a lot of growing up in the past year. I'm determined to get back on my feet. I hate relying on other people to help us, but somehow it doesn't bother me as much when it comes from Danny. It's nice to have a real friend after all those isolated years, but do I want to keep him in the friend zone?

I highly recommend you read the previous books in this series to give you some background on the storyline and characters. In this book we follow Rob and Danny and it is a true slow-burn romance. A fraught journey at times but they manage to get the sweet ending they deserve. Loved seeing the other couples from previous books and have they have grown. Such great community spirit!.
