Jonni Mardizal, an Associate Professor of Building Engineering Education at the Faculty of Engineering, Padang State University, was born in Sungaipenuh, Kerinci, Jambi, and completed his Master's Degree in Management from the University of Jambi and his Doctorate in Educational Management from the State University of Jakarta. In addition to the formal education, leadership and professional education and training have been followed, starting from Leadership Training levels IV, III, II, and I and Regular Training Education of the National Resilience Institute of the Republic of Indonesia in 2015.
Has published several books, including Empowerment of the Young Generation of the Anak Dalam Tribe, Building a Youth Creative Economy, Youth Entrepreneurship: Problems, Challenges, and Strategies Development, Irrigation and Building Management, Vocational School Principal Management and Leadership, Youth Entrepreneurship Program (A Policy Analysis), Water Quality Management, Sociology of Education, Laboratory and Workshop Work Management, Philosophy of Education as well as several articles in national and international journals.
Teaching several courses, including; Principal Management and Leadership, Philosophy and Foundations of Technology and Vocational Education, Irrigation and Water Building, Project Management, Laboratory and Workshop Management, Philosophy of Education and Plumbing and Sanitation Practice.
