You just have to be more discriminating with the help you render toward other people. If you learn from life-giving experience and correct mistakes, life will be enjoyable and will lead you to think about what the next step is. In doing so, we will one day appreciate the life experience learned as history !!!

I read this book of 2 pages only even I don't go to read further pages and when I read only within two pages, it's soo exactly give the life truth and experience...I can't explain these experiences with words when I read this book ...I felt soo relax mood and then going to get the silent mind through reading this book ...... Experience of Life is my favourite topic in my life after i haven't see nothing before that...I can't find any words to describe my feelings when I read this book..........It make me more calm in my mind , concentrate on focussed one , encourage my reading this book and then it makes me more curiousity that means what the next thing had said.........It make me more interest to read .
