Vor dem Hintergrund einer evidenzbasierten Kriminalprävention bildet dabei die Analyse älterer und aktueller empirisch-kriminologischer Befunde zur spezial- und generalpräventiven Effektivität kurzer Freiheitsstrafen den Schwerpunkt der Arbeit.
