With having 12 years of teaching experience, she has carried out research work in Emotional Intelligence, Healthcare, Customer satisfaction, Well-being and Marketing related topics. She has completed her Doctoral study from VTU-Belagavi on the topic “A study on Impact of Physicians’ Emotional Intelligence on Patient Satisfaction”. Her area of expertise includes Marketing Management, Business Statistics and Research Methodology. She is proficient with SPSS and AMOS statistical packages. Recognized as a Ph.D guide from VTU-Belagavi and published research articles in various international and national journals.. Having secured Topper in Top 5% with Elite and Silver Medal in certificate course on “Marketing Management” from IIT Kanpur through NPTEL, she also participated in FDPs and Workshops at IIM Kozhikode, IIITM Gwalior, VTU-Bengaluru and K. J. Somaiya Institute of Management Studies & Research in association with California State University San Bernadino.
