Shanelle Basara never wanted to be part of a Sheik’s marriage hunt. While others dream of capturing Malik Badri del Rahal’s attention, she only wants to survive the palace gala unnoticed. Her plan? Slip in, stay invisible, and leave without a trace.
After surviving four assassination attempts, Malik knows he must marry to secure his legacy and protect his future heirs. Hosting grand balls seems like the perfect solution—until a flash of silver in a servants’ corridor catches his eye. What he expects to find is an assassin. What he discovers is the woman he’s destined to marry.
Now, all Malik has to do is convince a reluctant Shanelle to take a chance on a future neither of them saw coming.
Although Elizabeth Lennox wanted to be a romance novelist since the eighth grade, that dream only became a (paid) reality for her in 2010 and a full time job in 2012! Along the way, she received a BS in History and held different jobs in the real estate, government consulting, and financial industries. All during that time, though, she was always writing. To date, she has published over fifty romances (and counting), using her personal experiences, dreams, and travels throughout the United States, Europe and the Caribbean as backdrops for her stories.
She lives in Virginia with her husband and two children. They are just outside of Washington, D.C. and many of her novels are set in this area too.
She loves hearing from her readers! Connect with her on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/Author.Elizabeth.Lennox), Twitter (@ElizabethLenno1), or email her at [email protected].
