To turn projections into reality, we need to have the ability to seize all opportunities that can provide economic benefits from various sectors, such as financial technology (Fintech), circular economy, bioenergy, tourism, disaster management, higher education, business, and Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs), agriculture, and other industries.
In this book, we examine the economic activities of other countries in Asia and Europe to explore how they can add value to the Indonesian economy. The majority of the content in this book is based on academic research conducted by 25 authors from 5 countries, including several European Professors.
Edza Aria Wikurendra, S.KL, M.KL, completed his education at the Environmental Health Associate Degree, Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health, Surabaya, in 2014. Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Health (S.KL) from the Environmental Health Study Program, Widyagama Husada College of Health, Malang, in 2016. Furthermore, in 2018 he earned a Masters in Environmental Health (M.KL) in the Master of Environmental Health Study Program, Faculty of Public Health, Airlangga University, Surabaya. Currently, he is completing his doctoral studies at Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Science in Management and Organization Science. A career in education began as a Junior Lecturer at the Widyagama Husada College of Health, Malang, in the Environmental Health Study Program from 2016 to 2018. Then in late 2018, he became Assistant Professor at the Public Health Study Program, Faculty of Health, Nahdlatul Ulama University Surabaya till now. The author has published a book : Modul Praktikum Kesehatan Lingkungan 1, Buku Ajar Gizi Kesehatan Masyarakat Edisi 1 and Processing Organic Waste With A Black Soldier Fly (Hermetia Illucens) For Beginners.
Budi Setiawan is a lecturer at Indo Global Mandiri University, Palembang and Co-founder of Victory Sriwijaya Education. He has 9 years of experience across finance, investment, and marketing from national and multinational companies. He is passionate about financial inclusion, financial technology (fintech), community-based development, and social business. In 2019, he was selected as a participant in the research training in Banking and Finance program at the University of Limoges (France), sponsored by Erasmus Plus. Budi is currently a PhD Student in Doctoral School of Economic and Regional Sciences at Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences (former Szent Istvan University, Hungary) under Stipendium Hungaricum Programme. He has published several papers in reputable journals indexed by Scopus, ABDC journal, and Web of Science.
Budi Mulyana was born in Ciamis Regency, West Java. The elementary and high school was completed in Ciamis Regency. Married to Rina Reorita, M.Si. (lecturer at Mathematics Study Program at Universitas Jenderal Soedirman) and they have a son, namely Fayyadh Amarfazira Hafiy. In 2002, Budi Mulyana completed a Bachelor in Forestry (S.Hut) at the Faculty of Forestry, IPB University, Indonesia. After completing the bachelor degree, the author worked as a journalist (camera person) at national private television company from 2004-2012. In 2011-2013, Budi Mulyana pursued the Master program in environmental sciences at Universitas Jenderal Soedirman which funded by Beasiswa Unggulan from Ministry of Education and Culture Republic of Indonesia. Since 2015, Budi Mulyana accepted as lecturer at Faculty of Forestry, Universitas Gadjah Mada. In 2021, Budi Mulyana is pursuing Doctoral Program at Roth Gyula Doctoral School of Forestry and Wildlife Management Sciences, Faculty of Forestry, University of Sopron, Hungary which funded by The Stipendium Hungaricum.
