About this ebook

Meet a university rock band with a lupine secret and an alien with cat ears and a tail, among other young protagonists in this volume of short stories and novelettes.

In July 2012, Wittegen Press gave away a short story, or story part every day to their readers. Each story was only available for one day, but now the 5 young adult stories from The Wittegen Press Giveaway Games have been gathered here into 1 volume.

Samling Born by Sophie Duncan
When his friend is bitten by one of his kind, Luka must reveal his werewolf heritage to his band mates in order to save Ben.

Lost Kitty by Natasha Duncan-Drake
It's not every day a guy in a loin cloth with cat ears and a tail steps out of your swimming pool.

The End Of The Journey (The Hidden War #1) by Sophie Duncan
Damon Wulfres and Zac Kithrall are sworn enemies on opposite sides of The Hidden War between demon raisers and those wishing to stop them, so Zac had no idea why he is in Damon's custody, nor why he instinctively trusts him.

The Beginning by Natasha Duncan-Drake
Discover how Lexie and Nate, witch and vampire hunter, met and halted the vampirism infecting them both.

A New Path (The Hidden War #2) by Sophie Duncan
Damon and Zac are now a team in The Hidden War, joined by magic and affection and wanted by both sides. However when Damon discovers he is a danger to Zac, he must make a choice, leave or risk the only person he cares about.

About the author

Sophie has been hopelessly addicted to scribbling her imaginings onto paper since she was in primary school. She suspected she was different when her friends wrote a page for their story assignments and she handed in twenty :). Since then, the addiction has only grown worse and eventually it had to spill into the professional domain.

Growing up adoring fairy tales from Hans Christian Andersen to Neil Gaiman, Sophie enjoys writing fantasy and science fiction, with a side of horror from time to time. A penchant for crime drama also slips its way into her stories as well.

Sophie is a twin and her sister, Tasha (Natasha Duncan-Drake), shares the writing bug. Together, they run Wittegen Press, an eBook publisher, with Tasha performing most of the day to day tasks, since Sophie has to carry on paying the mortgage with a job as an IT project manager.
