Read the first 3 books repeatedly in high school so much so that the librarian gifted the set to me. But I can't manage to read a book on a tablet or phone for some reason I just can't it doesn't work well I'd love to see this in audiobook cuz I love this series so much An amazing read for anybody into dragons and fantasy

I'm not sure if I grew up and don't remember the other books or she just lost her ability to write. This entire book could be a short story used in a school assignment. The plot is simple and nothing really incredible happens. Seems like it was written just to make money or (try to) end the story. Sorry just not good at all.

I read the trilogy many times growing up. I wanted a 4th book. I wrote Jane and her publisher. I even started to write my own 4th book. Then 10 years later this comes out......and its flat all the way through. I was expecting so much more. And more could have been done. the story seems rushed, there was no build up and the ending left a bad taste. I had hoped that maybe she would think about doing a 5th book, but Jane said she's done writing about Jakkin, Akki and the Dragons. :(
