कविता लिखना एक कला है. भौतिक विज्ञान के विभिन्न सूत्र-बद्ध संबंधों को, भाषाबद्ध कर प्रकट करना कठिन कार्य होता है. किंतु डॉ सिंघल ने यह कार्य बखूबी निभाया है.. कविताओं के इस वर्ण-क्रम से प्रकट इंद्रधनुष की छवि का आनंद हिंदी भाषा का पाठक वर्ग उठाएगा, ऐसी कामना के साथ--- Dr. S. Kaushik
