The book is not very helpful at least what I understand from it. It seemed as if it was all over the place and indirect at times. However it does provide a small bit of info that makes sense. This is all my opinion I'm not a writer by no means but this is how I took it.

i enjoyed gaining knowledge about sayisfying a woman sexually so that we can have that connection oftenly i ve learned that a woman s body is different than mine so i have to be patient and give herbthe pleasure that she seeks.
