Previous books include Derek Jeter: From the Pages of the New York Times. Tyler Kepner is the award-winning national baseball correspondent for the New York Times. Previously, he had covered the New York Yankees and the New York Mets. He lives in Wilton, Connecticut. Joe Torre won four World Series as manager of the New York Yankees. He was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2014.
