She often wonders whether witches are real or if those in power used the trials to rid the world of people they feared. When she meets Lachlan, her world is turned upside down. His secretive nature raises questions, and she is determined to uncover what he means to keep hidden.
Once those secrets are revealed, her heart grows heavy with the knowledge. Love is not something that can be ignored, and she must decide if it is enough to save them both.

The fourth story in the Enchanted Legacy, another engaging story in this series. Lachlan and Freya meet when he comes back to Scotland, they both have to hide that they have special powers. The story grabbed my interest from the start and did not let go until I had finished reading. I found their story to be well worth reading. The cover is beautiful. I received a copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
