A small town in Mississippi, where everyone knows each other, but had a lot of buried secrets, no one wanted to believe anything that serious could happen there. With several missing people that were brushed under the rug because of their backgrounds, it took Whit and Anna's expertise to once again uncover those secrets and find the suspect. Another excellent read by an amazing author!!!

A woman from Mississippi calls Whit and asks for his help in finding her son, Colt, who is missing. He leaves for Mississippi alone because Anna is moving into her house and will join him later. Whit finds resistance from the local sheriff. Another young boy is also missing. The sheriff has written it off to the boys running away. This series is very captivating and will keep you wanting more.

Keeps the mystery and tension alive Whit, a private investigator, is branching out with Anna, his former teaching assistant, to form their own investigation agency after solving the case of her mother’s blackmailer. As the story progresses a new case lands in their lap, small town mentality prevails, and the culprit could be closer than they think. W.L. Knightly keeps the mystery and tension alive in Dare to be Wise. Whit and Anna are on quite the journey and I enjoy being along for the ride. I received a free copy of the book from the author. I had the opportunity to review or not.
