Each book in The Risk Series has been full of action and intrigue, but Constant Risk takes it up a notch. Tanner and Bree are back and even as they draw closer to each other, they face danger from two fronts. Women are missing and Bree's computer talent is their only hope to save them. Plus Bree's past is coming after them with a vengeance. On the romance front, Bree is still learning the ins and outs of it all and doesn't always say the right thing. Fortunately, Tanner is patient and totally devoted, which is just part of the reason he's so lovable. This is part of a series, and Janie Crouch does a terrific job of working backstory in organically so a new reader won't be lost, but I would still recommend starting at the beginning to get the whole love story between this pair, not to mention the danger they face for each other. All in all, Constant Risk is romantic suspense at its finest - danger, suspense, edge of your seat action, and of course, a chemistry-filled love story.

The third story in this series is not for the faint of heart. Though a stand alone, and good background information given to the reader, I would highly recommend readers to read the previous stories to enjoy the story even more. This time around the quest is to save four women in time. Bree with her out of this world computer skills is their one hope to survive. In the midst of the suspense , the romance continues between Bree and Tanner. Two seemingly opposite individuals who are really perfect for each other. Another well written suspense romance by this talented author. I was gifted a copy of this book. The opinions expressed are solely my own.

Janie has done it yet again! This is book 3 of the Bree and Tanner books and it's as awesome, if not better than the first two. This can be read as a standalone book, but it would be much better if you read at least the first one, Calculated Risk, before reading this one. Janie takes you through a very tense, emotional ride in this book. Bree and Tanner are trying to stop a murder in Dallas and it's going to take all Bree's computer talents to figure this out and save a life. I couldn't put the book down and couldn't turn the pages fast enough. I'm enjoying the pace of the romance in these books and can't wait for the final book.
