Piper Rayne is a writing duo that I absolutely enjoy reading. I read the Dirty Truth series recently, and had so much fun reading it that I knew I had to try them again. Though Cold As Ice features/mentions a few other characters from the Dirty Truth series, it is in no way connected and can fully stand on its own. In this, we get a little more up close & personal with Grady, Jagger's cousin and his inconvenient attraction for his former best friend's little sister, who, at the moment, can't even stand to be in the same room as him. Mia's fiercely loyal to her brother, whom she feels Grady wronged, and her only purpose at the Winter Games is to win gold - not a man. And most definitely NOT Grady. Things get heated when their mutual agent announces that they have to work together for a sponsorship deal, and that getting to "know" each other in close quarters may not be such a bad idea, after all. We not only get a story full of chemistry, but one filled with forgiveness, friendship, drama & humour. I'm looking forward to "On Thin Ice". I can't wait to see what Piper Rayne has in store. You'll enjoy this first installment in what promises to be quite an entertaining series. I voluntarily read & reviewed an ARC of this book.

**I voluntarily read an early copy of this title in exchange for an honest review** What a hot start to this new series by Piper Rayne! This first installment in the Bedroom Games series is anything but icy! Grady Kale loves to win. He's one of the top snowboarders in the USA and he's competing for a coveted spot on the Winter Classics team where he'll compete for gold in South Korea. He's always had an edge to his craft and four years ago an accident took one of his main competitors, and his best friend, out of competition for good and Grady still reels from it. Mia Salter is the female equivalent of Grady. She's talented, driven and she's definitely caught Grady's eye. She too has qualified her way on to the Winter Classics team and is looking forward to competing for her country. She's got issues with Grady though and it looks like things might be ready to explode. When Grady and Mia are thrown together for a media tour, things get more than a little uncomfortable. Mia has been holding a grudge against Grady for many years and she's not ready to give in and Grady is fighting the attraction that has been there for equally as long. Are these two going to survive spending so much time together or will it be a total wipe-out? I loved Mia because she was not afraid to speak her mind and stand up for what she thought and believed. Grady was confident, yet troubled by what had happened in the past and I liked that he took responsibility for his part. The chemistry between Mia and Grady was fantastic and to say I'm excited for the next book is an understatement. There are definitely sparks flying in this series!!

This is the perfect book to kick off the Winter Games aka the Winter Olympics. Piper Rayne has once again given us a romantic comedy but this one in my opinion is more romantic.... Don't get me wrong we still have the take take Piper Rayne humor but I have a feeling it might be setting things up more for for Dex s book next. But I enjoyed Mia and Brady's story and can't wait for the next book.
