Fernando G R Sarmiento was born in the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1970. He studied at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Buenos Aires and received his medical degree in 1997. The following year he began his residency at the Pedro de Children's General Hospital. Elizalde, graduating as a specialist in pediatric clinic. Later he continued his studies and became a specialist in pediatric dermatology, a specialist in sanitary medicine, and a specialist in legal medicine, while completing a postgraduate degree in research methodology. He entered the Juan A. Fernández Acute General Hospital by competition and joined as head of practical work for the pediatrics chair at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Buenos Aires. He joins the University of Business and Social Sciences (UCES) as Adjunct Professor of Public Health. Later he won the title of the chair of Family Medicine and the chair of Primary Health Care through a competition. He is accredited as a specialist in family medicine and in 2018 he obtained a Doctorate in Public Health with a mention in epidemiology. Since 2022 he has been head of external offices at the Fernández Hospital.
Javier R. Pereyro was born in Miramar, Argentina in 1969. He studied at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Buenos Aires and graduated as a doctor in 1997, being a first assistant to the Chair of Physiology of said university. In 1998 he began his residency at the Churruca Visca Hospital and graduated as a doctor specializing in orthopedics and traumatology with a diploma of merit. Subsequently, the College of Physicians of the Province of Buenos Aires certified him as a senior specialist in orthopedics and traumatology. He graduated as a doctor specializing in occupational medicine in 2000. In 2003 he immediately took over as medical director of the Dr. Marino Cassano Municipal Hospital, in Miramar, his hometown, beginning a prolific career in health services management that would take him to be secretary of health of the Municipality of Gral. Alvarado between 2006 and 2007, and associate director between 2008 and 2012 of the Health Region VIII of the Ministry of Health of the Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Between 2012 and 2015 he was associate director of the Dr. Oscar Alende Regional Hospital in the city of Mar Del Plata. Since 2020 he has been dedicated to the management of private medical institutes.
