This vintage book comprises H. G. Wells’ 1925 novel, "Christina Alberta’s Father". However, Wells soon begins analysing asylums and mental health legislation, before finishing the novel with an in-depth discussion of feminism and the conflict of individualism and society. Herbert George Wells (1866 - 1946) was a seminal English writer whose notable works include "The War of the Worlds" (1897) and "The Time Machine" (1895).
