Charles Randall manages Malibu Window Decor, a retail window decorating company located in Southern California. Charles has 30 years' experience and has decorated more than 60,000 windows. He is also the author of The Encyclopedia of Window and Bed Coverings, a book that has sold more than 1 million copies, and is listed in Samantha Ettus's book The Experts' Guide to Life at Home, as a leading expert on window decorating.
