About this ebook

Shot during a mission and falling to what he thinks is his death, Branch has one regret….

Navy SEAL Hunter “Branch” Green has one goal when he leaves the military hospital—finally tell the pretty flight medic how he feels about her and her autistic teenage son. He’s played it safe for too long, but the mission to win her trust and her heart might be his most challenging yet.

After a lifetime of being criticized and disappointed by her family who should have loved her, single mom Hannah Day is fiercely independent. Her walls have walls, and if her son needs anything or something needs doing, she relies only on herself. But the protective, handsome SEAL with a dimpled smile, who has a soft streak for her son a mile wide and a need to help others, is difficult to resist.

Hannah wants to stay strong, but when she’s summoned home to Texas for her youngest sister’s speedy, high society wedding, something feels off, even dangerous. Can she rely on Hunter’s help or will this be one more disappointment for Hannah and her son?

Sworn to Defend is book 3 in the Sworn Navy SEALs series by Charles James and a great addition to this series. 4.5 stars Up next is Hunter “Branch” Green and Hannah Day’s story. After his injury during a mission he is given medical leave and he wants to connect with the flight medic who helped to save his life. What happens next is gaining Hannah’s trust, being her bodyguard at a family function, drama, protecting her son and more… I voluntarily read an advanced reader copy (ARC) of this boo

This was such a brilliant book. Deception, Betrayal, danger and drama with a great romantic suspense. So good! This was about Hannah, a flight medic who is ordered to go to her younger sister's wedding, and Hunter an ex seal who loves her and her autistic son Collin. This plot was exceptional. I loved Hunter and Hannah and especially how they both are with each other and Collin. Their chemistry together was special and strong. Ialso enjoyed the insight to life with an autistic child and how acceptance for who he is and how great he is in the family. Also about a made family when a blood family is so much less than. So well written. This author made something special and being the first of her books I've read I'll be getting the others now for sure. Her writing style is very easy read and her characters simple but oozing the emotional aspects needed to build the relationships. Such a brilliant story!!!

Sworn to Defend by Charlee James Like the books in this series I've read before from this author. Love learning about new military grade tactical devices. Hannah has a son who's autistic and it's a wonder how he processes things. Hunter arrives back in the US where he will be spending time at the hospital room regaining his strength after the mission he was injured on. Love relationship they have with one another and the blue zone Colin has and who is included. They do attend her sisters’.....
