About this ebook

When divorced mother of two returned to drought-stricken Harlow’s Bend to care for her father, she also inherited a sinking ship.

An astute businesswoman, Callie works hard to keep the farm and her father’s legacy alive.

Romance is far from her mind, until a sexy cowboy arrives in town.

Cody has been around. He’s tired of moving from place to place. When he stumbles upon Carrillo Estate, he’s happy to find a few weeks work and a comfortable bed.

He never expected to find a place to call home.

Life doesn’t always turn out the way we plan. People get hurt and responsibility prevails. Will these two lonely people find their way? Or are the challenges too great?

Australian small town, contemporary cowboy romance.

Did not read much of the story. just from the beginning it was all about getting to bed. When he picked her up and took her down the hall to the bedroom and started stripping her down while her 12 year old twins set in the living room watching tv it was to much. No mother would do that if she worried about her children. Probably would ave been a good story had all the right problems to over come.

This is kind of a second chance romance. 2 lonely people find each other but will they make it work together or will they choose different paths? Very Heartwarming story. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
