About the author
Carolin Philipps, geboren 1954, studierte Englisch und Geschichte in Hannover und Bonn. Heute lebt sie als freie Autorin in Hamburg und hat sich auf historische Biografien starker Frauen spezialisiert. Zuletzt erschienen von ihr die erfolgreichen Bücher "Friederike von Preußen. Die leidenschaftliche Schwester der Königin Luise" und "Luise. Die Königin und ihre Geschwister".
