About this ebook

What would you do if the beasts you wrote about were real? If they were knocking at your door, would you let them in?

During a pandemic, Gracie is told to quarantine herself for two weeks.

She thought spending her quarantine time out at her cabin, alone in the middle of nowhere, would be just the break she needed to get her steamy werewolf novel written.

But Gracie might not be as alone as she thought.

Will Gracie and her sanity survive two weeks at the cabin? Will she fall prey to the beasts scratching at her door? Will they stake their claim on her body, mind, and soul?

____________

Book 1 of the True Mates series.

Welcome to the True Mates series — a trilogy of connected stories filled with supernatural beasts, action, suspense, romance, mystery, drama, and spice. Each story in this series focuses on two unique characters and their journey to finding their true mate and happily ever after. Like most journeys, some are easier than others, but all face bumps in the road along the way. Some characters you’ll love, and others you’ll love to hate (and maybe learn to like in the end... or not).

Quarantined with a Beast is a novella with a happy-for-now ending (the characters return in the rest of the series). It’s recommended to read the True Mates series in order.

⚠️ This is not a series for children. These stories contain graphic and mature content. For content notes, please see the series introduction page in the book preview or visit the author's website. A good read but I feel the story lacked a bit of depth especially on the sifter part, there is not much background on them . I would have loved to read a chapter or two in their pack

This has been my favourite book yet, in the werewolf genre. There's a sweetness & tenderness in Hunter that you don't often get amongst the sex & passion of other protagonists. That's not to say that the sex & passion is missing from this - it's there, no doubt! It's just that Hunter & Gracie seem to have an added element that I'm looking forward to exploring.

A lot of typos and misspelled words, but it's still a good read.

About the author

C. Sunrise is is a Canadian author who spends too much of her "spare" time in the great Canadian outdoors and takes way too many pictures of her dogs and wildlife (and the beautiful scenery, of course). She claims she hasn't spotted a werewolf, bear shifter, or Sasquatch... yet.

After many years of melting her brain with copious amounts of non-fiction research and writing, she rediscovered the joy of reading and writing for entertainment purposes. Now she writes stories filled with fantastical creatures and realms, romance (with a dash of spice), and unique journeys to happily ever after.
