the book is very confusing. the steps are mess up and do not present in sequence. sometime you will see the picture suddenly show up a painted effect the book never mention before and make me wonder did i miss a step? nope, it is simply the book mess up the sequence of painting step to show. what make it even worst is the book often show you a picture, and tell you what technique they doing, but failed to mention which part of the model the technique are being apply on, plus the mess up steps, it make the reading very confusing and have to read many time and done some detective puzzle solving to figure out what the book trying to teach.

The author put a lot of effort into this book, from zenithal lighting to weathering. It's all here.

I rate it 4 star because it's focus on german grey modulation, there is also missing paint scheme like the russian 4bo green modulation. But the book is very good and well detailed especially in german grey.
