the summary was short yet detailed. i ended it wanting more insight about the ideas, and i suppose that was the point! i didn't give it 5 stars because i feel the summaries were missing something. i was not completely satisfied with the explanations, but they were thorough enough to be considered awesome. 4 stars!

This book has nice information on human relations. However, I found some of the advice impractical. Overall it is a good book.
