This book is AMAZING. The information on how our adhd child can reduce anxiety by practicing through different tools is easy to understand and follow. The scenarios provided in this book are very real, which allow children and caregivers to put those tools in use easily. Having adhd and anxiety combined is not easy to handle for kids and teens, but this book gives you a good guide.

I found this workbook to be an excellent resource for understanding and managing ADHD. The chapters on stress management, emotional regulation, and focus have been particularly helpful. I would have appreciated a more in-depth discussion on the challenges faced by women with ADHD in parenting roles, but overall, this is a great resource.

Although I don’t have ADHD, I can completely relate to the issues addressed in the book. It’s easy to comprehend and I appreciate the lighthearted tone. I like the quotations at the beginning of each chapter and the concise summaries of the main points. This is a great quick read with various approaches to experiment with, even if you don’t have ADHD.
