I remember picking this up at the library one summer when I was only 10, and I loved it. A decade later I remembered the name of it and ironically a month later it was rereleased three books to a volume so I started reading them again. This is a great series, the best on witchcraft I've ever read. I hope one day that there will be a TV adaptation or the author will write a sequel series, this is much better than The Secret Circle, by L. J. Smith.

I loved almost every second of it. Not only was the story intriguing, but the information on Wicca and witchcraft is something I really appreciated. I liked being told what they actually were instead of having to Google every little thing. I also could vividly imagine everything, especially what the main character experienced as she came into herself. Magickal indeed.

I usually don't like reading but one day I saw this and it wasn't really thick or anything and I needed to read for school. I fell in love with it. By the end of the first book I was so sad that it was so short. I did not want to put it down. I am currently reading the rest of the series and plan to read it more than once.
