Lily Rae is on holiday in El Paso, Texas, when sheâe(tm)s kidnapped by a Mexican drug cartel. El Paso borders on one of the most dangerous places in the world âe" Ciudad Juarez, Mexico âe" a city caught in the grip of a war between cartels.
