3.75stars-REAPER is the first instalment but book 2 in Bianca Lee Ward’s contemporary, adult WAR BROTHERS MC romance series. This is club president Bain ‘Reaper’ White and Ava’s story line. REAPER is a story of betrayal and vengeance, power and control, abuse and freedom, acceptance and love. The fast paced premise is engaging and entertaining; the romance is seductive; the characters are broken but struggling to heal.

This is the 1st book in the WAR BROTHERS MC series featuring a new to me author who tells a compelling story of abuse. Ava has always done what's expected of her she even married the man who her parents had picked for her and she endured his abuse for years. When she finally decides that she's had enough she calls her sister Elena who is married to Axel who's a member of the War Brothers MC. They bring Ava back to the MC's clubhouse in the middle of the night after they went and rescued her after she called needing help. Reaper can't believe that this battered and bruised woman is the same gorgeous woman that he saw at Elena's wedding and wanted to make his. You really need to read this amazing story and enjoy the roller-coaster ride as you experience the emotions between Reaper and Ava. I would recommend reading this book and I'm looking forward to the next book in this wonderful series. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Reaper and Ava Ava reaches out to her sister whose husband happens to be a member of the War Brothers MC of which Reaper is the Prez of. She is in need of a safe haven from her abusive husband and Reaper agrees to let her stay at the clubhouse. This isn’t the first time Reaper and Ava met because the last time Reaper was all about Ava until he found out she was married. Now was the time for him to help her and maybe get his second chance. This is a really good start to a new series.
