I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book. What a wonderful story about a second chance at love. Belle and Knox were the best of friends until he left 10 years ago for college without a word when he does finally return. Belle is heartbroken. Though they never crossed the line from best friends to something more, Belle knows deep down that she has always loved Knox. She was their for Knox when he needed her. He thinks he is no good for her and that Belle will never want her when she sees his darker side. The two meet at an engagement party and are drawn to one another. Now that time has past they both realize that there is a deeper connection there. Can Knox get past his fear of letting Belle in? Does she see who really is even if he doesn't see it himself? Once they cross that line will they be able to still be friends and so much more? This is a wonderful story and very well written. The chemistry between Belle and Knox is so intense. I liked the appearance of Foster a character who has appeared in some of the other seduction and sins books and can't wait to see if he finally gets his own story. Great HEA!
