About the author

Dennis Doverspike is the President of Doverspike Consulting, LLC. He recently retired from his position as Full Professor of Psychology at The University of Akron, and has authored three books and over 200 other publications in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.

Catalina Flores is a Ph.D. Candidate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at The University of Akron.
