You cannot escape accounting whatever be your calling or station in life.  Wherever there is money, there is accounting.  However those who have not formally studied Book-keeping and Accountancy sometimes feel bewildered with finance-speak.  This book is an attempt to help such readers comprehend the entire gamut of double-entry bookkeeping and accounting leading to final financial statements and their analysis.  It is a short monograph that can be finished in one or two sittings.

Amazing wok Mausa ji. It has so many examples to explain all the concepts . One of the most helpful, to the points explanations. There need to be more books like this on subjects of commerce.

About the author

The author is a retired banker and had done his postgraduation in Physics.  He recalls the initial struggle that he and his colleagues had to make to comprehend the beautiful principles of Double Entry Bookkeeping in their totality.  His eagerness to share his insights in a simple way with those who are not students of commerce and also short of time, has led to this monograph.
