What a great book and great plan! I'm on Day 10, no cravings, eating great food and have lost 5 lbs! If you're serious about getting healthy, this is a really smart way to go about it!

This is a great new addition to Ms. Gittleman's library of works, lots of fun interesting changes and additions, and a great focus group, called Fat Flush Nation, on Facebook! Very informative, Ann Louise is very approachable, and readily at hand to answer questions and provide additional knowledge, where needed! Great new book!
