Nice book and helpful so that's why I love it so much i think I can't live with out the book because it helps me very much and everyday with my daily routine and it improves my looks and my skin is now soft and moisturized very well and it helped me to save so much money for buying products that I think they will improve the way appaer and now am the girl that I always wanted to be because of they the book i found online and the book that I didn't spend so much money buying it . Now I feel confident with my self and my appearance because of the book i wish that every other girl out there who felt the way I felt before finding the book i think that they should try to buy the book so that it can bring the confidence back and their self esteem and be proud of how they look and not feel unwanted everyone has a right to feel happy and proud of what they have . I say everyone is beautiful in their own way it doesn't matter how people see your outside what matters its the inside ..

Dr Anjali Mahto is a consultant dermatologist who has worked in both the NHS and private clinics. She writes regularly for the Huffington Post and has featured extensively in popular media and women's magazines, including Guardian, Good Housekeeping, Sky News, Get the Gloss and Refinery 29. She is a spokesperson for the British Skin Foundation and has been an in-house advisor for Vichy UK and Ireland, part of L'Oreal.
