Can you afford to ignore your health and happiness any longer? No gimmicks, no hypnotherapy and no nicotine replacement fads – just a realistic approach to freeing yourself from nicotine addiction forever.

Using a mixture of harsh reality, self-discipline and inspiration, author Andrew Thomas describes how he went ‘cold turkey’ on cigarettes. He describes the mental strategies he used to make his final attempt at quitting smoking and then staying off cigarettes for good.

About the author

Andrew Thomas was born in Middlesbrough, UK and grew up Chingola, Zambia and Johannesburg, South Africa. He returned to England in his twenties to join the Parachute Regiment and served with the Second Battalion for four years. He left to eventually run his own online sports shop.

His journey into writing began in 2012 as a series of blog posts, before the idea of writing fiction started to evolve into a series of short stories, which gave birth to the character of Kalila Grey.

As well as writing suspense, short stories and inspirational work, Andrew also writes about his love of ultrarunning, which is how his guide on quitting smoking came to life.

Expect more informative non-fiction from this author in the near future, not to mention further missions from Kalila Grey.
