I'm glad I read Michael Newton's Journey of Soul & Destiny of Soul earlier. Once you have the basic, then reading this is really fascinating. Especially Pre-history regression and Future Progression. Also, the other amazing thing is about Reframing, changing your past. Wow...just wow!
