Twice Graham catches Phoebe in a tree, kisses her, and thinks about seducing her despite her being an innocent lady. Even when they are compromised he tries to get out of marrying her, trying to force her to beg off through words and actions with other women despite the fact that she would be cast from her family in doing so. He was a jerk and I wouldn’t have been so forgiving in this steamy instant love forced marriage romance.

The final story in the Castle Romance series is entertaining and fun. Phoebe is adorable and Graham is redeemable. They have a few bumps in the road to happily ever after, but the epilogue makes it clear it was worth it. I received an ARC of this book via BookSprout and voluntarily reviewed it.

This is a sweet and fun historical read about Lady Phoebe and Graham, the Duke of Fairfax. Their story is the final story in the Castle series and stands alone. It is full of history, passion and kisses. I enjoyed every bit of this short and quick read. I enjoyed their story with its ups and downs.
