About this eBook

From bestselling romance Author Nora Ash comes this steamy Omegaverse romance filled with primal love and a dark, possessive alpha hero.

“Deliciously twisted and sexy!” - Laura Thalassa, USA Today bestselling author of The Four Horsemen series.

I’m his mate. I’m his weakness.

A girl going into heat in the middle of a press conference, surrounded by Alpha politicians who didn’t plan to show the world their true, volatile nature? Causes a bit of mayhem.

Being the girl whose first heat made every mayoral candidate go into a rut on national television…?

I thought the utter humiliation sucked—that losing my job for something out of my control was as awful as it got.

I was wrong.

He came from the shadows. Told me I belong to him. And then… Then he showed me exactly what that means.

But powerful as my Alpha suitor is, his ruthless possessiveness might be the ruin of us both.

Alpha is the first novel in the dark Omegaverse series Alpha Ties, but all books in the Alpha Ties world can be read as standalones, complete with a HEA!

For fans of L.V. Lane, Anna Fury, or Liliana Carlisle, this is a red-hot Omegaverse romance with some dark themes.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS BOOK IS THE COMPILED VERSION OF NORA’S PREVIOUSLY PUBLISHED OMEGAVERSE SERIAL, ALPHA. IT CONTAINS THE INSTALLMENTS ALPHA: TAKEN, ALPHA: MASQUERADE, & ALPHA: MATED.

DNF - Not for Me . . . Right up front, I admit that I have no idea why I would have grabbed this book for review. I didn’t see any warnings in the review copy before I started it. This is not the type of content I enjoy reading. Even if it might be written well, when it gets to dominant and submissive bullying activity, pain or torture, I shut it down. I cannot tolerate that. Pain is not love and never will be. And being “alpha” is not an excuse to inflict intentional pain on someone, even in a fictional story. Saving the woman didn’t justify using her as he did. All I sensed was pain and I bailed out of the book. So I didn’t like the characters and I didn’t like the path the story was traveling. This is not a book for me.

Another sweet piece of writing here. What's a reporter going to do when she presents in the middle of a press conference and is on for losing her job because she caused a riot? Well go for a run, which sets her up for some dark and dangerous loving by the mysterious stranger who saved her life and then mated with her. But there is more going on in the city and she will leave no stone uncovered, even when it puts her in danger. But will her mystery stranger save or ruin her. A quick read this one, interesting characters throughout.

Wow...this started out the gate intense. Just one look and everything went cray cray between Leigh and Peter. Leigh "presented" for the alpha and the connection was made. Raw, gritty and HOT. Peter is the ultimate alpha but he has the sweet and caring side that Leigh can't help but fall for. Leigh is the independent female but she still craves for the love and attention and Peter is her alpha. The bond is strong. Loved their journey to forever. Nice ending to an intense story. I received a free copy of this book and I am voluntarily leaving a review.
