Booked on Murder by Allison Brook is the final A Haunted Library Mystery. Carrie and Dylan are two weeks away from their wedding. A significant amount of time is spent discussing their plans and taking care of items on their to do list. The story has repetitive details and continuity issues. There are two mysteries that take a backseat to house hunting and wedding planning. The ending was lacking. There were some unanswered questions, and some items were only tied up superficially.

With their wedding day fast approaching, our bride- and groom-to-be stumble across a dead body in the middle of their venue. Will they be able to solve the growing collection of inter-related crimes and still make it to the altar on time? Or will it be lights out for their Happily Ever After? I loved how this book showed Carrie and Dylan as more of a team than we’ve ever seen them before. They each have their strengths and areas of expertise, and they’ve learned to trust one another
