Private Investigator Hanlon is hired by a wealthy are dealer to find his daughter ... 23-year-old Aurora who has gone missing. Hanlon is facing all kinds of dead ends, the people she talks to are more afraid of someone else. Is there someone else looking for Aurora? .. and why? Well-written and action-packed, the plot is graphic and violent. The mystery is evident almost immediately. Suspense is nicely paced from start to finish. Characters are solidly drawn. Although second in the series, this is easily read as a stand alone. I do, however, recommend reading the books in order. Many thanks to the author / Boldwood Books /Netgalley for the digital copy of this crime fiction. Read and reviewed voluntarily, opinions expressed here are unbiased and entirely my own.
