A brilliant book. Written clearly - no professional slang, no incomprehensible long sentences. The author writes, as he speaks. I am a psychiatrist and psychotherapist. My understanding of human mind, is very close with those of the author. I developed different techniques to bringing changes. It was a great pleasure for me to see a professional that think in the same direction, and works with his own methods and techniques. I am looking forward to read more of his publications.

This book is a lot more than just self talk, as I was initially expecting, and I am pleasantly surprised at the personal development gold I got from it. I will and would recommend it to any who wants more out of their life, wants more out of their brain, and wants to be the very best they can be every single day, every single moment.

I just finished this book and it made learning about neuroplasticity so easy. It explains how our brains can change and adapt in simple terms. I liked the real-life examples and tips for keeping the brain healthy. The part about aging and brain plasticity was really interesting. Overall, it was a clear and helpful guide.
