Neha was born to a family in the defence forces. Her father, at that time, served as a fighter pilot in the Indian Air Force. He was transferred from place to place every two years. So, she got to see almost all parts of India. She was exposed to various cultures and traditions in each of the cities and states she visited.
In spite of being academically inclined, she left the golden opportunity to join Armed Forces Medical College in a bid to explore the world. Right after finishing her studies in Computer Science, she joined Air India. Flying opened up doors to international travel, foreign culture and traditions. Being a very sensitive and creative person, Neha’s ideas started taking the shape of stories in her mind. Akshay-Tara is her first book.
