Abhishek Kumar says, “Before Covid-19 (Nov. 2019) my cholesterol level was 264, and my weight was approximately 90 kgs. It was an alarming situation for me.” He went to a very good MD practitioner near him and discussed his health report. The doctor suggested him not have cholesterol medicine or else he has to take them for a lifetime. The doctor suggested doing a workout, have a healthy diet and proper rest. Or else, he could have heart disease soon. He followed them, and in the next 4 months, he lost around 20kgs. He added, “In March 2020, we all have seen the first complete lockdown where everything was closed.” He had worked hard for his weight loss and never was in the mood to waste all those things by sitting at home. He had discussed this with his younger sister, and they both started doing exercise at home together; his sister lost around 16 kgs in 3 months. And he succeeded to maintain his weight. Now he is helping others to achieve their goal remotely through a phone call, video call and also live workout sessions. He says, “Weight loss is very easy when you are dedicated and it will not be easy when you are lazy.” Lots of people are enjoying their transformations from his advice.
