In Episode One of Breadcrumbs, A Warm Welcome, Officer Allen Lexington awakens to find himself in a strange forest. As he becomes aware of his surroundings, he begins to recall the wild series of events that led him there. It's not long, though, before he realizes just how far away from home he really is. With a dear friend joining him in this new world, the duo must quickly figure out where they are and what exactly they must do to get back home to their lives in Phoenix, Arizona.
Join Al in the first part of Breadcrumbs, a volume from the Worlds Apart series, as he explores the realm of Gaia for the first time. Along his journey he'll meet many new faces and attempt to reconnect with old ones. The road ahead will be long, but if anyone is up to the task, it's Allen.
