Dr. Neeraj Kumar Tiwari, born on June 10, 1982, in Bangarmau, Unnao, India, is an esteemed figure in the field of Information Technology and Green Communication. Currently serving as the Incharge of the IT Cell of Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University Satellite Centre, he actively contributes to the realm of ICT and E-Health. Dr. Tiwari boasts a rich portfolio with over 50 research publications, delving into the correlation between electromagnetic radiation exposure from wireless devices and Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity.

As an active member of more than 50 national and international professional bodies, including the Health Physics Society, USA, and the International Brain Research Organization, USA, Dr. Neeraj has left a global imprint. His extensive travels to over 20 countries for academic and research purposes reflect his commitment to advancing knowledge. Notably, he has received over 30 prestigious international and national awards, including the Young Scientist Award in 2016 and the IBC "Man of the Year" in 2012.

Authoring two books on Mobile Phone Technology and Health Effects, published in Germany and the USA, Dr. Neeraj Tiwari extends his influence by guiding numerous UG, PG and PhD students. His contributions transcend borders, solidifying his status as a distinguished figure in the intersection of health, engineering, and communications.

 

Dr. Sandeep Kumar Nayak, an accomplished Associate Professor at Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, brings a wealth of expertise in Information Technology. His academic journey includes a distinguished stint as a Professor at Integral University, where he earned an A+ Grade by NAAC. Dr. Nayak's influence extends to supervision, guiding five research scholars to doctoral success in diverse fields like Software Engineering, Big Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and Cyber Security. With two international patents, over twenty-eight research papers, three books, and numerous book chapters, he solidifies his scholarly presence. A dynamic leader, Dr. Nayak has organized international conferences, chaired sessions, and delivered over forty invited talks. Currently serving as the Director of the Satellite Centre in Amethi, his administrative acumen further enriches his multifaceted contributions.


Dr. Ravindra Nath, an esteemed academician and researcher, currently serves as an Associate Professor at BBA Centre University Lucknow. Holding a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from CSJM University Kanpur, his expertise lies in randomized algorithms and optimization techniques, with a specific focus on the study of randomized search strategy for Hidden Markov Model (HMM) learning. Dr. Nath's broad research interests encompass areas such as computer networks, routing algorithms, AI, machine learning, and more. Beyond research, he has held key academic and administrative roles, including Director and Dean at the University Institute of Engineering and Technology, showcasing a rich educational journey with a Master's in Technology (M. Tech.) and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.).
