this diet audio book is need for everyone to maintain his weight, they will teach us how to maintain our weight and loss of waste fat so this audio book is need to hear the words then nowadays we will have belly fat and so all our normal person who could not manage his weight that people can use the ketogennic diet and loss his weight with in small perod of time i will use this method and i have an good resut so i refer this for People use a ketogenic diet most often to lose weight, but it can help manage certain medical conditions, like epilepsy, too. It also may help people with heart disease, certain brain diseases, and even acne, but there needs to be more research in those areas and then The keto diet could cause low blood pressure, kidney stones, constipation, nutrient deficiencies and an increased risk of heart disease. Strict diets like keto could also cause social isolation or disordered eating. Keto is not safe for those with any conditions involving their pancreas, liver, thyroid or gallbladder While some people have success staying on keto for an extended period of time, “the long-term research is limited,” says Jill Keene, RDN, in White Plains, New York. Keene recommends staying on keto for six months max before reintroducing more carbs to your diet. thank you for your service,

This book is really motivation to reduce weight and follow diet .If you know your keto and you've done your research, there's really nothing new here. If you're new to the keto way of life, this book does contain valuable information and the format is useful BUT.... You can find the same information, meal plans, menus, inspiration, etc. little too neurotic for me. I'm all for healthy eating but if I had to follow the minutae in this book .Super easy-to-understand guide! I like that it covers all the basics and important tips, but doesn't delve too deep into overwhelming research and background. If you've been doing research and know you want to try a keto eating style, and just want a concrete guide, this is the book for you! The shopping lists and menu plans are really helpful and I found most of the meals to be really delicious. Amazing book with lots of information and recipes, I'm so glad i purchased this booked as it answered most of the questions i had on starting keto. It is clear and concise. Very impressed. I am sure i will be using it as a reference book when needs. I thought it was expensive when i ordered it. However i would say it is definitely worth the money in my personal opinion.

I'm pretty sure the whole thing is just a series of online articles, written by various authors, copied and pasted, and very occasionally a thesaurus was used to cover the "author's" tracks (and I might add that the word substitutions were hilariously poor). Because of this, the book contradicts itself (I'm guessing he didn't even read the articles he copied), and repeats itself constantly
