There are plenty of things I appreciated about this book, but I can only say so much. I found out a lot simply by soaking it all up. The information was great, especially if you already know a little bit about the theme. Really, you could possibly understand nothing about it and still follow along effortlessly. I completely appreciated listening to this book.

This is a secret gem. This audio includes valuable info. The 5 stars really should be 6 stars. Yes, that's it. You heard me well. I believe it's so great that it deserves 6 stars. I guess the first couple of chapters were my favorite ones, since the whole idea that the subtitle refers to, gets discussed. All the essentials are here. Later in the book, more depth gets added, and I think this is what makes it so great.
