Topic 1: In order to tap into the amazing abilities of our brains, it can help to first understand how they work. This guide will aid you in your journey to comprehension.

Some things that will be discussed, are how our subconscious mind procrastinates things, mind wandering and its significance, daily escapes, predispositions that shape our thoughts, creative skills, and free choice as a gift of nature.

Topic 2: There is a loop in life: We seek a reward, and we get rewarded with dopamine. This dopamine motivates us to seek more of it, and the cycle repeats itself. Such cycles can either be the basis of success and true fulfillment in life, or it can become a destructive pattern that leads someone to becoming dependent on fast fixes that turn out to be uncontrollable.

There are lots of crappy audio books available, but this is certainly not one of them. In my opinion, it was quite great. There may have been a few barely obvious mistakes in there, but they didn't bother me. Whenever you are able to listen to a narrator who is this great, and about an idea that you have an interest in, you don't care about the rest. That's the end of the story. Knowing so many new things about this theme was informing, to say the very least. It was a breath of fresh air. I genuinely appreciated it.

5 stars! By far the best thing that's happened to me this weekend. Dear consumers, I hope you find this message. I want you to realize that this is an impressive book. Not only did this audiobook seem like it was top quality, but it also taught me essential things about daily life, and about this idea in particular, obviously. So, it definitely deserves a couple of hard-earned stars.
